blue-check Abrogation of Circulars on herbal ingredient trading and medical device bidding

The Ministry of Health announces the abrogation of the following 3 legislative documents in their entirety from April 14th, 2023:

1. Circular No. 03/2016/TT-BYTstatus1 dated January 21st, 2016 on herbal ingredient trading.

2. Circular No. 31/2019/TT-BYT dated December 5th, 2019 on requirements of fresh milk products used in school milk Program.

3. Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BYTstatus1 dated July 10th, 2020 regulating some contents on medical device bidding at public health facilities.

This Circular takes effect from the date of its signing.

With regard to medical device contract packages of which the contractor selection plan has been approved before the effective day of this Circular, it is allowable to continue carrying out according to the regulations at Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BYTstatus1 or carry out procedures for adjusting related contents according to applicable regulations on bidding.
