This Circular abrogates 3 Circulars below in their entity

1. Circular No. 31/2012/TT-BGTVT on responsibilities and handling of violations in management, maintenance of road infrastructure

2. Circular No. 65/2014/TT-BGTVT on promulgation of economic - technical frame norms applicable to public passenger transport by buses.

3. Circular No. 13/2015/TT-BGTVTstatus3 on promulgation of Lists of imported goods subject to the specialized management of the Ministry of Transport.

Article 8 of Circular No. 08/2015/TT-BGTVT on rescue work and rescue estimate norms on expressways.

This Circular takes effect from March 1st, 2022.
