AIFTA tariff shall be applied to imported goods originated in ASEAN nations and India.

AIFTA tariff shall be applied to imported goods originated in the ASEAN nations and India.

The AIFTA tariff schedule in the 2022 - 2027 period includes 06 columns of tax rates applicable to these periods:

- The tariff rate applies to December 30, 2022;

- The tariff rate applies from December 31, 2022 to December 30, 2023 inclusive;

- The tariff rate applies from December 31, 2023 to December 30, 2024 inclusive;

- The tariff rate applies from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025 inclusive;

- The tariff rate applies from January 01, 2026 to December 31, 2026 inclusive;

- The tariff rate applies from January 01, 2027 to December 31, 2027 inclusive.

This Decree takes effect from the date of its signing and replaces Decree No. 159/2017/ND-CPstatus1 dated December 27th, 2017.
