Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BCT dated April 21st, 2023 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on amendments to some Articles of Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT dated May 29, 2014 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on electricity prices and Circular No. 25/2018/TT-BCT dated September 12, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on amendments to some Articles of Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT

This Circular amends, supplements some provisions of Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT and Circular No. 25/2018/TT-BCT regarding signing of power purchase agreement; determination of number of electricity- consuming households and determination of domestic electricity selling prices.

In which, there are amendments to regulations on determination of electricity selling prices with regard to these cases: households sharing an electric meter; tenants are students or workers (not a household); domestic electricity consuming households in a collective quarter or a residential area; domestic electricity consuming households in a commercial, service, and domestic complex, etc.

This Circular takes effect from June 15th, 2023.

To abrogate clause 10 Article 1 of Circular No. 06/2021/TT-BCT dated August 6th, 2021 on implementation of electricity selling prices.
