This Circular amends Circular No. 38/2018/TT-BNNPTNTstatus2 on assessment and certification of compliance with food safety regulations of agro-forestry-fishery food manufacturing and trading businesses and Circular No. 48/2013/TT-BNNPTNTstatus2 on inspection and certification of the safety of fishery food products for export.

This Circular takes effect from February 15th, 2023.

To replace Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BNNPTNTstatus1 dated February 13th, 2017; Circular No. 16/2018/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 29th, 2018.
