Circular N o. 39/2022/TT-BCT dated December 30th, 2022 ò the Minister of Industry and Trade on amendments and supplements to the Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT dated November 30, 2016 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on electricity transmission system; the Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2015 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on electricity distribution system; the Circular No. 30/2019/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2019 on amendments and supplements to several Articles of the Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT dated November 30, 2016 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on electricity transmission system, and the Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2015 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on electricity distribution system

This Circular amends, supplements these Circulars:

1. Circular No. 30/2019/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2019 relating to technical requirements of wind and solar power plants; technical requirements of ancillary services;

2. Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT dated November 30, 2016 relating to investment in electricity distribution system;

3. Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2015 relating to connection to electric grid.

This Circular is entering into force as of February 16, 2023.

Deleting the second hyphen of point a of clause 3 of Article 92 and clause 2 of Article 94 of the Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT dated November 30, 2016; Articles 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97 and 98 of the Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2015.
