This Circular amends, supplements some regulations pertaining to repurchase of government bonds of the State Treasury, including: conditions on repurchased government bonds; signing of contract annexes of repurchase of government bonds, etc.

Accordingly, with regard to framework contracts and contract annexes, parties may sign by electronic form in accordance with regulations on electronic transactions in professional practices of the State Treasury.

This Circular takes effect from May 4th, 2023.
