According to opinions of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, imported goods which are determined veterinary drugs by a specialized managing body and have been granted the Certificate of sale of veterinary drugs in Vietnam shall be entitled to 5% VAT according to point l clause 2 Article 8 of the Law on VAT No. 13/2008/QH12
