This document is to regulate in details point a clause 1 Article 10 of the Law on Conciliation and Dialogue at Court pertaining to criteria to determine experts or other professionals, people who have knowledge of customs and habits, or are reputable in the population community for designation of mediators.

This Circular shall enter into force as from April 25, 2023.
