Official letter No. 2380/TCHQ-GSQL dated June 17th, 2022 of the General Department of Vietnam Customs implementation of Decree No. 102/2020/ND-CP

According to the regulations at Decree No. 102/2020/ND-CP, the timer owner is the person whose signature, full name and seal (if any) are indicated in the declaration of imported timber origin (Form No. 03).

Accordingly, the General Department of Vietnam Customs notes that with regard to the declaration of imported timber origin, it is required to contain signature, seal (if any) of the timer owner to be accepted.

Regarding certification of the Packing list of imported timber (Form No. 1) and the Packing list of imported timber products (Form No. 02), it shall be carried out according to according to the regulations at point b clause 3 Article 27 of Decree No. 102/2020/ND-CP and guidelines at Official letter No. 7131/TCHQ-GSQL dated November 6th, 2020.
