According to regulations at this Circular, from March 20th, 2023, fees for appraisal of environmental remediation and improvement plans shall be only determined based on project’s total investment.

The minimum amount is VND million and the maximum amount is 61 VND million.

The fees shall be paid when the applications for appraisal of environmental remediation and improvement plans are submitted in the forms prescribed in the Circular No. 74/2022/TT-BTC.

This Circular comes into force from March 20, 2023 and abrogates Circular No. 35/2017/TT-BTC dated April 25, 2017.
