From January 1st, 2022, enterprises manufacturing, trading, importing medical devices must declare and post prices of medical devices on the Ministry of Health’s website before circulation. This is the new regulation of Decree No. 98/2021/ND-CP .

The Ministry of Health will provide document guiding the declaration together with the issuance of log-in accounts to enterprises.

According to design of the Ministry of Health’s website (https://kekhaigiattbyt.moh.gov.vn), each medical device of which price is declared has its own price declaration code associated with information about model, manufacturer, country and information about configurations, technical functions, services corresponding to the specific declared price attached. Therefore, enterprises should pay attention to fully provide such information when making declaration of prices.
