Decision No. 2795/QD-BCT dated December 16th, 2022 of Ministry of Industry and Trade on authorizing to receive the registration of number of goods origin certification under the Generalised System of Preferences of Norway and Switzerland

The Ministry of Industry and Trade will authorize Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to receive the registration of number of goods origin certification (REX number) under the Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) from January 1st, 2023 to the end of December 31st, 2027.

VCCI shall report the Ministry of Industry and Trade on implementation of the mechanism for certification of goods origin under the GSP on the irregular or periodical manner and actively monitor, supervise, urge and inspect the certification of goods origin under the GSP of traders, and related organizations and individuals.

This Decision takes effect from January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2027 inclusive

To abrogate Decision No. 4173/QD-BCT dated November 6th, 2018 and Decision No. 76/QD-BCT dated January 21st, 2022.
