The General Department of Vietnam Customs notes that from January 1st, 2024, goods being building materials shall apply the new National technical regulation promulgated at Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BXD, to replace the old National technical regulation promulgated at Circular No. 19/2019/TT-BXD .
