Under Resolution No. 50/NQ-CPstatus2 dated April 8th, 2023, the Government agreed to allow further applying regulations on management of the import and export of HFCs according to Circular No. 05/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 until December 31st, 2023; From January 1st, 2024, it shall be required apply the regulations at Decree No. 06/2020/ND-CP .

Accordingly, the Agency of Foreign Trade (the Ministry of Industry and Trade) still continues issuing the licenses to export, import HFCs to traders according to the regulations at Circular No. 05/2020/TT-BCTstatus2 until December 31st, 2023. From January 1st, 2024, it shall issue the licenses according to the regulations at Decree No. 06/2020/ND-CP .
