According to announcement of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, at the 13th meeting in ACFTA, the ASEAN - China members agree that the difference in calculation of retroactively-issued C/O form E (03 days from the date of shipment) in order to indicate "Issued Retroactively" does not affect validity of the C/O.
