According to opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, cases eligible for exemption from inspection of food safety are regulated at Article 13 of the Government's Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CPstatus2 .

However, Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CPstatus2 does not regulate that the authorities have to confirm cases eligible for exemption from inspection of food safety.
