Relating to reflects regarding tax authorities’ requesting enterprises, by March 31st, 2023 at the latest, to update information of citizen identification of legal representative on business registration certificate, the Business Registration Management Agency discussed with the General Department of Taxation and the latter affirmed that there is no such request.

The registration for changes, announcement of changes in business registration contents are regulated in details at the Law on Enterprises and Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP .

In case enterprises received requests for updating citizen identification of legal representative, they must timely report to the authorities for handling.
