This Circular provides for new Lists below:

1. List of used consumer goods, medical devices and vehicles and their HS codes prohibited from import (replacing Appendix I of Circular No. 12/2018/TT-BCTstatus2 ).

2. List of commodities and their HS codes subject to suspension of temporary importation and merchanting (replacing Appendix II of Circular No. 12/2018/TT-BCTstatus2 )

3. Detailed list of rice for export and their HS codes (replacing Appendix I of Circular No. 41/2019/TT-BCT)

4. Detailed list of tobacco raw materials and cigarette papers and their HS codes (replacing Appendix VI of Circular No. 41/2019/TT-BCT)

5. Detailed list of specialty machinery and equipment in tobacco industry and their HS codes (replacing Appendix VII of Circular No. 41/2019/TT-BCT)

This Circular takes effect from May 16th, 2023.
