The price range for leasing the right to provide air services is calculated according to a percentage upon revenue, to be specific as follows:

- Leasing the right to utilize international terminals: 15% - 24%

- Leasing the right to utilize freight terminals and warehouses: 1.5% - 4.5%

- Leasing the right to provide commercial technical ground handling services: 1.5% - 4.5%

- Leasing the right to repair, maintain aircrafts and equipment: 1% - 3%

- Leasing the right to provide aerospace engineering services: 1% - 3%

- Leasing the right to provide airline meals: 75.000 VND/flight - 225.000 VND/flight

- Leasing the right to provide aviation fuel: 28,000 VND/tonne - 84,000 VND/tonne

The aforesaid prices are exclusive of VAT.

This Circular takes effect from September 1st, 2022.
