Official letter No. 389/CTHN-TTHT dated November 4th, 2023 of the Department of Taxation of Ha Noi city regarding value added tax (VAT) refund with regard to projects funded by non-refundable foreign non-governmental aid

Now, the application for VAT refund for projects funded by foreign aid shall be carried out according to the new regulations at Article 28 of Circular No. 80/2021/TT-BTC, including the application Form No. 01/HT in Appendix I and related documents such as decision on approval of the project, approval of the aid, the written request for public service expenditure validation, a List of invoices and documentary evidence.
