According to Article 69 of the Law on Real estate trading No. 66/2014/QH13 , one of the requirements for real estate trading floor establishment is the establishment of an enterprise. At the same time, the manager of the real estate trading floor must obtain a real estate broker license.
Conditions for issuance of the real estate broker license are regulated at clause 1, clause 2 Article 25 of Circulars No. 11/2015/TT-BXD .
Now, 2014 Law on Real estate trading does not regulate the restriction on an individual who holds a real estate broker license operates one or more real estate trading floors. As the result, a person who holds a real estate broker license may operate many real estate trading floors at the same time.
