Dispatch No. 3896/BYT-DP dated July 22nd, 2022 of the Ministry of Health regrading acceleration of COVID-19 vaccination

The Ministry of Health notifies the adjustment and clarification of methods for identification of injections and time of injection of as follows:

- The 3rd dose: For persons aged 18 or older, the 3rd dose should be immediately given three months after their 2nd dose (persons who have COVID-19 infection shall be given the third dose immediately after full recovery from the disease). Persons aged 12 to under 18 should be immediately given the 3rd dose 5 months after their 2nd dose (persons who have COVID-19 infection shall be given the 3rd dose three months after full recovery from the disease).

- The 4th dose: should be immediately given four months after their 3rd dose. Persons who have COVID-19 infection shall be given 4th dose immediately three months after full recovery from the disease.

- Children aged 5 to under 12: Children who have COVID-19 infection shall be immediately vaccinated three months after full recovery from the disease.
