This Circular is to amend Article 6 of Circular No. 27/2021/TT-BYT to delay the mandatory implementation of electronic prescription from June 30th, 2022 to December 31st, 2022 (with regard to class-3 hospitals or higher) and from December 1st, 2022 to June 30th, 2023 (with regard to other health facilities).

This Decision takes effect from September 15th, 2022.
