According to this Decision, the system marginal ceiling price (SMP cap) applied in the electricity market in 2023 is 1778,6 VND/kWh.

Capacity add-on (CAN) price for each transaction cycle applied in the electricity market in 2023 is specified in the Appendix I to this Decision.

This Decision takes effect from January 1st, 2023.
