The document is to attach an Appendix notifying updates on changes in trade measures in fields managed by the Ministry of Finance in order for the Ministry of Industry and Trade to summarize and inform the WTO.

Accordingly, in the field of insurance business it is expected that by mid-May 2023, the Ministry of Finance will submit for promulgation of 4 new regulations, including: Decree providing guidelines for implementation of a number of articles of the Law on insurance business; Decree on microinsurance; Decree on compulsory insurance for civil liability of motor vehicle owners, compulsory fire and explosion insurance, compulsory insurance in construction and Circular guiding some articles of the Law on Insurance Business and Decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business.

In the field of tax, charges, the Ministry of Finance promulgated Circular No. 59/2022/TT-BTC to reduce some charges and fees for transportation business (takes effect from October 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2023); the National Assembly promulgated Resolution No. 30/2022/UBTVQH15 to reduce environmental protection tax on petro, oil, grease (takes effect from January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023).

Particularly, with regard to the field of import and export of goods, there is no change in management policy.
